National Volunteer Week

National Volunteer Week is Sunday, April 24 through Saturday, April 29, 2017. Take time during the week to explore what volunteer opportunities the Sparta community has to offer by visiting www.ugetconnected.org. Ugetconnected is a free online volunteer portal sponsored by Great Rivers United Way, the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Viterbo University, and Western Technical College. Users are asked to create an online profile to be matched with local volunteer opportunities that align with their interests. Over 125 community agencies (including those in Sparta) are already on Ugetconnected and are looking for volunteers like you!
