Want a chance to WIN amazing items for LESS than ONE DOLLAR??? We will have several direct sales companies auctions off there amazing items. These companies will be updated once vendor secure their spots. Keep watching to new updates. :) You can win items by bidding as little as a quarter. The cost to bid is based on the retail value of the item. $10.00 - $24.99 = 1 quarter $25.00 - $49.99 = 2 quarters $50.00 - $74.99 = 3 quarters $75.00 - above = 4 quarters Tickets cost is $5 and can be purchased from Tiffani Luethje or through a ticket location. Seating is limited so get your ticket today. :) Doors open at 12:00 pm to bid on the items and the auction will get start at 2:00 pm. The auction starts at 2 pm BUT you need to have all your bidding done and ready to go by 2 pm. Door will open at noon to give you 2 hours to bid on items. At 1 PM we will have a 50/50 raffle and other fun games for those waiting for the auction to start at 2 pm. WE WILL BE DOING A COAT DRIVE FOR LOCAL SCHOOLS!!!! HOW IT WORKS: You purchase door prize tickets from ticket locations or at the door for $5. These tickets get you a number for bidding and entered into the door prize drawing. After you receive your numbered paddle at the door you will use this number to bid on items at each vendors table. The vendors will have THREE items up for bid with a jar/container for each item. There will be a number (1, 2, 3 or 4) written on the jar to tell you how many quarter that item costs for a bid. You can bid as many times as you would like to bid. The vendor will give you a piece of paper for each bid per item. You will then use the numbered paddle to write that number on the paper and place it immediately into the jar/container of that vendor. You have two hours to shop the vendors booth for cash and carry or place your bids. Also wingspans will be available for donated items from local business. Wingspans will cost $5 with all money going back to SPARTA POLICE DEPARTMENT. At 2 pm will we start with a vendor and go around the room. The vendor will pull a number out of the jar and if that number matches your numbered paddle YOU WIN!!! It's that easy :) Doors open at noon for you to come in and shop vendors, get a bite to eat if you would like. Club 16 will have the bar area open in the auction area as well as in the upper bar area. The auction starts at 2 pm BUT you need to have all your bidding done and ready to go by 2 pm. Door will open at noon to give you 2 hours to bid on items. Door prizes and wingspan will be drawn between vendors throughout the event!
