Cleaning Technician Details:

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Days: Monday – Thursday
• Wage: $18.00/hour
• Location: Sparta, WI
• Employment Type: Temp-To-Hire through Referral Staffing Solutions

What You’ll Do:
As a Cleaning Technician, your day will ensure a clean and welcoming environment. 

Responsibilities include:

• Emptying trash and recycling receptacles, keeping them clean and odor-free.
• Vacuuming carpets, spot cleaning as needed, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Dusting furniture, ledges, and hard-to-reach areas to keep spaces pristine.
• Washing windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free shine.
• Disinfect restrooms and ensure soap and paper dispensers are stocked.
• Taking inventory of cleaning supplies and alerting management for restocking.
• Reporting broken or malfunctioning equipment or facilities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to follow instructions, learn new techniques, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical capability to handle 8-hour shifts and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies, equipment, and proper use of PPE.

A valid Drivers license
