A bottle ID form must be rubber banded to each bottle for identification (taped or glued labels will be disqualified). Identify 2015 BJCP style number\, not just beer style on the forms. Please black out any identifying markings on bottle caps. \n Entry form\, (recipe information not required) and $7.00 for each brew must be submitted by Thursday\, October 5th @ 8pm to the Sparta American Legion Post 100 office. \n No entry is accepted without completed forms. Labels must be attached according to guidelines below.
