SUMMARY:9th Annual Canoe River Rendezvous/Knapp-In
DESCRIPTION:Come join the Sparta Eagles Club in a traditional pre-1840s Fur Trade Rendezvous along the banks of the La Crosse River. We have black powder matches\, primitive archery and knife and hawk competitions along with other events. Friday is a school tour day so if you have skills to demonstrate please let us know.\n\n\n\nThis is sponsored by the Sparta Eagles Club and we hold a Friday night fish fry and all you can eat lumber jack breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast runs both days from 7:30 - 11:00 am.\n\n\n\nCost is $30 and includes wood\, water\, privies\, and more fun and relaxation than you can stand!\n\n\n\nEarly set up is May 15. Friday night archery candle shoot. Saturday black powder match and primitive archery shoot as well. Pot luck supper on Saturday at 6 pm. Sunday knife & hawk competition.
