DESCRIPTION:Enter your bike in the Red\, White\, & Blue Decorating Contest during Butterfest Weekend! Bring your bike\, fully decorated in patriotic colors\, to the Butterfest fairgrounds by the Craft Booths (just look for the Deke Slayton statue!) on Saturday\, June 9. Bike drop off is between 3:00-4:00pm\, winners announced at 4:30 pm. First place wins $50! Cash prizes will also be awarded to 2nd & 3rd places. All contestants are welcome to ride in the Butterfest Parade on Sunday as part of the Deke Slayton Museum Float!!!!! All contestants must be 14 or under to enter the contest. 1st\, 2nd\, & 3rd place winners must ride their bicycle in the Butterfest Parade on Sunday with the Deke Slayton Museum Float\, and prizes will be given to the recipients after the Parade.
