SUMMARY:Canoe River Rendezvous - Primitive Skills Event
DESCRIPTION:1st Annual Canoe River Rendezvous and Primitive Skills Event. You can come and show off your primitive skills\, talents\, wares and sell the products you create. We have flint-knapping\, bow making\, primitive trapping skills\, black smithing\, hides and tanning\, spinning and weaving\, primitive rug hooking\, butter-churning\, and whatever else we can drum up! If you have a skill you would like to share - please attend!\n\n\n\nThe cost for camping will be $30 for either the rendezvous or modern camping with electrical hook-ups. For electrical hook-up\, we ask for a small donation per night. Camp fees all go to the Eagle's Club for their sponsorship of the event which will also cover wood\, water\, and privies. No charge for day-trippers. There will be lumberjack breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings for $8. In addition\, we will be serving brats\, hot dogs\, nachos\, chips\, and soda throughout the day.
