Reinhart Institute Boardroom\, Viterbo University\, 900 Viterbo Drive\, La Crosse. This event is free and open to the public.\n\n\n\nA special thanks to the D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership at Viterbo University for co-hosting this forum with World Services of La Crosse.\n\n\n\nThe Open World delegates include country leaders responsible for addressing civil service reform in the Republic of Georgia including the guiding principles of rule of law\, transparency\, accountability and effectiveness. The public forum is an opportunity for interested Coulee Region citizens to learn about their achievements and plans for the future as they work to meet international standards.\n\n\n\nThe congressionally funded Open World program seeks to enhance understanding and capabilities for cooperation between the United States and the countries of Eurasia by developing a network of leaders in the region who have gained significant\, firsthand exposure to America's democratic\, accountable government and its free-market system.\n\n\n\nThanks to all the volunteers in La Crosse and Sparta providing professional and home host support by sharing the best of the Coulee Region.\n\n\n\nFor more information:\n\nSandra McCormick World Services of La Crosse Ph: 608-781-4194
