It will be a dinner meeting starting with a social\n\ntime at 6pm and dinner served at 6:30pm at Jake's Northwoods (1132 Angelo\n\nRoad\, Sparta - Hwy 21).\n\n \n\nOur special guests include retiring WTA Executive Director Rick Stadleman and\n\nnew Executive Director Mike Koles.\n\n \n\nThe keynote speaker is TODD BERRY\, President of Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance.\n\nMr. Berry has been President since 1994 and fervently believes voters and\n\ntaxpayers need objective\, factual information about their government. Thus\,\n\nthe title of his presentation .\n\n \n\n "The Process\, Politics and Off-Putting Realities of the State Budget"\n\n \n\nWISTAX Mission Statement: WI Tax Alliance helps the public and press understand how\n\ngovernments work\, tax and spend\, so informed citizens can promote policy-making.\n\n \n\nReservations can be made by contacting Sharon Folcey at 608.269.8463 or e-mail\n\nfolcey@centurytel.net by August 1. The cost is $16 per person.
