DESCRIPTION:Join us for our monthly Lunch and Learn. In February we will discuss challenges such as employee retention and engagement\, explore strategies and techniques and think critically on what we can do differently to create a stable workplace. \n\n\n\nOur guest instructor is Aaron Rasch\, from Western Technical College. For 14 years\, Aaron Rasch worked at Independent Living Resources (La Crosse)\, helping people build stability from situations of homelessness\, addiction\, disability\, mental illness\, and income insecurity.  He received education in management (UW Stout)\, counseling (Winona State)\, and received his Master's Degree in Servant Leadership (Viterbo University).  Currently he's employed at Western Technical College assisting ex-offenders with obtaining employment and enrolling in school.
