Description
A Bunad Show and Luncheon have been planned at the Raddison Hotel Ballroom. The Bunad Show will feature Gundersen family bunads as well as other bunads and folk costumes from the valleys of Norway. There will also be exhibits featuring traditional Notwegian art, such as rosemaling, Norwegian sweaters, weaving, and carvings. Entertainment will be provided by the Norskedalen Trio and the Wergeland Dancers. this event is a great opportunity to learn more about Norwegian heritage and to see beautiful traditional Bunads from throughout Norway. the exhibits and entertainment will begin at 11am and the luncheon will be served at noon, followed by the Bunad Show. Tickets for the Bunad Show and Luncheon are $20 per person.
