Description
Bring your best Chili for tasting! There will be judging being held for Best Chili as well as best theme! 25% of monies collected will go to "Best Chili" 25% of monies collected will go to "Best Theme" and 50% of funds will go back to the Friends of the Sparta Library for Educational Programming.
