Easter Fun at the Museum!
 
Join us on Saturday, April 19^th from 10:00am- 12:00pm for Easter crafts, a petting zoo, and an Easter egg hunt at the Deke Slayton Museum. Beginning at 10:00am craft activities will be held in the museum gallery and children will have the opportunity to make their own mini Easter basket and a pair of bunny ears they can wear during the egg hunt! The petting zoo will be available from 10:00am- 12:00pm on the Museum grounds with small animals including bunnies. The big Easter egg hunt will begin at 11:30am in front of the museum on the courthouse lawn, with over 200 eggs hidden for the kids to find. Families are encouraged to come down and enjoy the festivities. This event is free and open to the public and held in conjunction with the Sparta Area Chamber of Commerce. Deke Slayton Museum, 200 W.
