Description
If you want a GREAT workout to burn-up some of the Christmas cookie fat, join us at 5:30 TONIGHT for indoor boot camp.
Ann has got some great stuff planned to get you sweating and having fun at the same time…yes, its possible. J
Boot camp is high-intensity so we only go about 30min so you can get back home and throw another log on the fire tonight! Brrrrrrrrrr….
