Description
Great opportunity for kids to be social while getting out some of that endless energy! Kids will learn a few functional fitness movements in a fun format. Class will be 30 minutes. Open to the Public. $5 per Kid/$10 per Family. Hoplite Sprouts will immediately follow the 8:00am CrossFit class. (Parents, if you haven't tried CrossFit, this is a great opportunity!)
