Description
Turn up your inner heat with easy steps to keep you going through the winter. During this day long retreat, take part in yoga classes, meditation, agni (fire) boosting pranayama (breathing techniques), Jungian Dreamwork, Ayurveda, sacred Amazonian Icaros or songs, and Kirtan. Together we will transcend ourselves through the winter challenges and illuminate our true nature!
