Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers invites you to our Norwalk Health Center Open House from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19th. The Open House will be held at the Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers? Activity Center in Norwalk (200 W North Street). This event will feature: - Free health screenings (blood pressure, glucose (diabetes) and cholesterol) - Provider meet and greet - Community resource information from Scenic Bluffs' Help Team and Couleecap - Plans for our future renovation of the Norwalk Health Center.
