Description
Want a chance to WIN amazing items for LESS than ONE QUARTER???
We will have several direct sales companies auctions off there amazing items. These companies will be updated once vendor secure their spots. Keep watching to new updates. :)
You can win items by bidding as little as a quarter....
The cost to bid is based on the retail value of the item.
$10.00 - $24.99 = 1 quarter
$25.00 - $49.99 = 2 quarters
$50.00 - $74.99 = 3 quarters
$75.00 - above = 4 quarters
Tickets cost is $5 and can be purchased from Tiffani Luethje or through one of the consultants. Seating is limited so get your ticket today. :)
Doors open at 12:00 pm to preview the items and the auction will get start at 1:00 pm.
BRING NON PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS FOR AN EXTRA PADDLE FOR BIDDING
You will receive a paddle for EACH item donated!!!
HOW IT WORKS:
You purchase door prize tickets from vendors or at the door for $5. Those tickets get you a paddle and entered into the door prize drawing. You may also buy more paddles at the door for 2 for $5. Bring in non perishable food items for Sparta food pantry and get a paddle! Remember: more paddles=more chances to win! (You must put in the bid amount for each paddle you use. For example the item raffled is a $.25 item. You must put in a quarter for each paddle you put up.)
Doors open at noon for you to come in and shop vendors, get a bite to eat if you would like. Club 16 will have the bar area open in the auction area as well as in the upper bar area. The auction starts at 1.
Vendors go around and show the item they are raffling off and if you are interested you may bid on the item. There items value from $10-$100. If you bid you put in your quarter(s) and then numbers are randomly selected from a bingo cage. If your number is picked you win. If the person did not bid we go on till a winners number is drawn. Door prizes will be drawn throughout the event!
