Tunnel Opening Celebration
Description
The 2026 Tunnel Opening Celebration on the Elroy-Sparta State Trail is on Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sparta Area Chamber of Commerce (111 Milwaukee St). The event features a ribbon cutting with Ben Bikin', a decorated bike contest for kids & food trucks to mark the start of the cycling season. Tunnels are OPEN for 2026.!
