Description
Zoraida Cordova will be visiting Sparta, WI on Friday, October 5 at 7:30pm at Meadowview Middle School to discuss her writing process and the creation of her Brooklyn Brujas book series. Cordova's presentation will delve into her inspiration for Labyrinth Lost, including the real world Mexican and Afro-Caribbean cultures she drew on. The presentation will conclude with a Q & A session, followed by a book signing. Cordova's visit is sponsored in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
