Director of Preconstruction
| The Director of Preconstruction is responsible for leading planning, design, engineering, drafting, estimating, business development, and pre-sale project management for company projects. This position has the overall responsibility for the successful management and delivery of preconstruction services to our clients while meeting established quality, productivity, revenue, and profitability goals. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or
Architecture or equivalent experience required
EXPERIENCE
Preferred: 10+ years' preconstruction experience working for a commercial general contractor or construction management firm
