Full-Time Call Center Representative - 1st CCU in West Salem

1st CCU has an opening on our Call Center team!  This position works out of our West Salem office and serves our membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner via telephone or correspondence. Involves answering member questions, providing information about the credit union and its products and services, solving routine problems, and ensuring the highest quality of member service. Requires three years of financial experience, strong computer skills and the ability to navigate visual diagnostics, troubleshooting and Microsoft Office programs.  Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
