Full-Time Member Service Representative II - Sparta Office

1st Community Credit Union is seeking applicants for a Full-Time Member Service Representative II to work in our Sparta office (40 hours per week, including rotating Saturday mornings).  We are looking for friendly individuals who would enjoy educating members about products and services while assisting them with various financial transactions. We are looking for team members who are passionate about member/customer service, work well in a team and results-oriented environment, and have flexible availability. Successful candidates will have the ability to promote and successfully offer products and services that fit the need of our members, have an attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and follow policy and procedures of the department.  A high school diploma is required and we prefer prior cash handling experience. 

This full-time position is eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Life, and 401K plan in which 1st Community Credit Union sets aside 3% of your gross wage regardless of your contribution (subject to eligibility).
