Full-Time Member Service Representative position (40 hour position)

1st Community Credit Union is currently looking to fill a Member Service Representative position in our Sparta Office.  This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. Whether you have previous financial experience or are looking to start a new career, we're excited to meet you! This role is responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service to members in-person, over the phone, or via digital channels. You will assist members with routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers. In addition, with proper training or prior experience you will open and maintain new accounts, explain products and services, and identify opportunities to meet member needs. Answer member inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. In addition to the normal day to day functions you will be promoting a positive attitude, dedication to the communities we serve and team collaboration and courage.
