Member Account Representative - Onalaska Office

We are looking to add a Member Account Representative to our team in our Onalaska office! This position is full-time and offers a complete benefits package, along with generous paid time off, while working as part of a rewarding team that makes a difference every day! 

As a Member Account Representative, you'll serve as the liaison between members and the credit union. Responsibilities include providing account information in person and over the phone, assisting members on the full range of credit union products and services, and opening and maintaining share accounts and consumer loans.

An ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to make sound decisions. Basic math skills and computer proficiency is important. Related financial background experience is preferred but not required. We can't wait to hear from you!
