Technology Specialist II - Sparta Office

We do have three branch locations and they are located in Sparta, Tomah, and West Salem, WI.

1st Community Credit Union is seeking applicants for the position of Technology Specialist II. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position located in our Sparta office.

This role is responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve PC troubleshooting, repair, and installation. Manage and maintain the phone system including setup, troubleshooting, and updates. Serve as the liaison with our core processor, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Collaborate with internal and external vendors for system maintenance and improvements.

This position requires an Associate's degree in a computer related field and/or 4 years of relevant experience at a financial institution.  We will require special technical knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and network support for the credit union. Proven ability to understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware networking, and accessory equipment. Requires the ability to independently perform all of the duties of the position efficiently and effectively. Must have strong communication and training skills, be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users, and have strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Symitar Episys core processing system, SQL, and PowerOn knowledge is a plus.
