Director of Social Services - Full-Time $1,500 in Bonuses
Morrow Home Community is now hiring for a Full-Time Director of Social Services!
Earn up to $1,500 in bonuses after 1 year!
This individual will be salaried at 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period and will have a flexible generally Monday through Friday schedule.
The preferred individual will be a BSW or MSW graduate of an accredited school of social work.

Nursing Home Administrator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate admissions to the facility.
- Assist the resident and family in the adjustment process.
- Assist the resident and family with Medicaid applications.
- Prepare social history, assessment, and social service Plan of Care for assigned residents and update as needed.
- Provide regular interviews with residents as an ongoing means to assess and meet their needs.
- Address and investigate concerns of residents and their families as they arise.
Qualifications & Experience
- Required: Licensed social worker in the state of WI with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college/university.
- Preferred: MSW graduate and/or at least one year supervised social work experience working directly with individuals in a long-term or sub-acute health care setting.
- Must enjoy working in an environment where elderly persons are present.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have good organization and time management skills.
