CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
(SUMMER HIRE: Temporary Part Time position with 20-34 hours weekly) 
 
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
As a Customer Experience Associate at the Exchange, you will be a part of an award winning team. We offer various retail opportunities- from front-end cashiers or working in our various departments, to our Express and Class 6 stores. So what can you expect as a Customer Experience Associate at the Exchange?
  • Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
  • Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to your lane to let them know you’ll be right with them
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
  • Help customers by following the proper procedure for bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of High School or the equivalent.

• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
• Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Retail experience preferred

RELIABILITY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP AREA CLEAN AND SHELVES STOCKED. MUST BE ABLE TO REACH UP AND BEND TO STOCK MERCHANDISE. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

2023 SUMMER HIRE:  MAR/APR TO AUG/SEPT 2023: 20-34 HOURS WEEKLY
FLEXIBILITY WITH AVAILABILITY
HOURS OF OPERATION: MON-SAT: 0600AM - 0700PM; EITHER OPENING OR CLOSING SHIFTS; SUNDAYS 0900AM- 0400PM. ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE BASED ON MILITARY TRAINING SCHEDULE AND OPERATIONAL NEEDS.

SALARY RANGE:
Min: $15.00
Max: $22.11
