Sales Service Representative

The selected candidate is responsible for exceptional sales service in expediting order entry, daily account management, project management, CCAR facilitation, and increased efficiency of the sales service department. 

  • Work with the operations and purchasing personnel to coordinate orders and schedules to meet customer delivery expectations, and QC, R&D and operations groups as necessary for release of product.
  • Provide regular communication to customer as to order and/or project status.
  • Assist with and participate in customer visits, conference calls and sales meetings as needed.
  • Initiate, manage and successfully complete new product launches with assistance.
  • Initiate and manage label review for all new and revised customer labels.
  • Expedite order entry into computer system.
  • Initiate and track Customer Corrective Action Requests (CCARs)


1.    Education and /or Experience: Bachelor’s degree or minimum two years of experience in a customer service setting preferred.

2.    Language Skills:  Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills. 

3.    Computer Skills:  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.    

4.    Reasoning Ability:  Must be able to interact successfully with all levels of personnel, from executives to plant hourly to customers.  Excellent people and organizational skills necessary. Must be detail oriented, with outstanding follow through and an exceptional team player.  

Response Process:

Shift Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Rate of pay:   N6    ($19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience)
