Equipment Service Technician, Rentals - Tomah

Job Summary

Our Tomah store is looking to hire a Equipment Tech Manager who is hardworking, positive and outgoing. The Equipment Tech Managers first priority is seeing to the needs of our customers in the rental department. This position is responsible for checking in and checking out rental equipment as well as preventative maintenance of all the rental equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Loading/unloading rental equipment
  • Maintaining rental equipment
  • Answer customers’ questions pertaining to rental equipment
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
  • This position reports to the General Manager

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education Qualifications- prefer High School diploma
  • Experience with preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, electric, and diesel equipment/tools is preferred.
  • Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help people
