The incumbent performs routine quality and food safety audits on the “in-process” stages of the operation for the majority of the time. The incumbent must have an understanding of in-process applicable company specifications, government (FDA) requirements, and the ability to enforce accept/reject criteria. Decisions made by the incumbent are mainly subjective in nature and require interpretation of measurements and intention of specifications to make decisions. In addition, good communication skills are required to thoroughly explain and interpret company/government requirements and expectations.
The incumbent works in a plant environment with temperatures ranging from 60 – 90 degrees Fahrenheit (rare highs over 90 degrees) and exposed to a high level of noise requiring hearing protection (>85 dBA). The incumbent lifts boxes up to 40 pounds.

Pay Rate - N6 (based on experience) $18.00 - $24.75
3rd Shift Differential - $1.25 per hour
Normal Shift Hours - 10 pm - 6 am Sunday - Thursday with OT as needed
