Canoe River Rendezvous - Primitive Skills Event

1st Annual Canoe River Rendezvous and Primitive Skills Event. You can come and show off your primitive skills, talents, wares and sell the products you create. We have flint-knapping, bow making, primitive trapping skills, black smithing, hides and tanning, spinning and weaving, primitive rug hooking, butter-churning, and whatever else we can drum up! If you have a skill you would like to share - please attend!

The cost for camping will be $30 for either the rendezvous or modern camping with electrical hook-ups. For electrical hook-up, we ask for a small donation per night. Camp fees all go to the Eagle's Club for their sponsorship of the event which will also cover wood, water, and privies. No charge for day-trippers. There will be lumberjack breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings for $8. In addition, we will be serving brats, hot dogs, nachos, chips, and soda throughout the day.
