WI Taxpayer Alliance dinner

Jackson and Monroe County are co-hosting a special Joint WTA Unit Meeting on
Thursday, August 7th
 in Sparta. It will be a dinner meeting starting with a social
time at 6pm and dinner served at 6:30pm at Jake’s Northwoods (1132 Angelo
Road, Sparta - Hwy 21).
 
Our special guests include retiring WTA Executive Director Rick Stadleman and
new Executive Director Mike Koles.
 
The keynote speaker is TODD BERRY, President of Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance.
Mr. Berry has been President since 1994 and fervently believes voters and
taxpayers need objective, factual information about their government. Thus,
the title of his presentation….
 
 “The Process, Politics and Off-Putting Realities of the State Budget”
 
WISTAX Mission Statement: WI Tax Alliance helps the public and press understand how
governments work, tax and spend, so informed citizens can promote policy-making.
